  • Edit price books: Product codes now display on the ‘EDIT PRICE BOOK’ page, making it easier for you to identify products.

  • Embedded forms: formSPACE forms created using the iframe embed code now do not remember if a person has accessed the form. This means that multiple forms can be created without having to clear cookies.
  • formSPACE in PocketWatch: formSPACE forms created in PocketWatch shifts are now based off contacts rather than clients.

  • New signing tags: In addition to the RecipientTextbox and SignerTextbox tags added last release, this release will include a RecipientTextboxOptional and SignerTextboxOptional as optional versions of the above.
  • Recurring invoices: A new, ‘Yearly’ option is available for recurring invoices in GENIUS.

  • Timesheets filters: A new filter option, ‘Only timesheets with cost allocation errors’ has been added to the timesheets page.
  • QTime schedule default times: Default start and end times can now be set for QTime schedules. They are defined in two areas:
    • ARM > Edit staff member > Edit login details + teams + permissions > PocketWatch staff settings – this sets the default start and end time on a staff member basis.
    • PocketWatch > Settings > Global – if default start and end times have not been set on a staff member basis, then the company hours will be used.
  • QTime report: An ‘NDIS #’ column has been added to the ‘QTime Report’ in PocketWatch > Reports.
  • QTime included in public holidays: QTime schedules are now included in award rule calculations for public holidays.
  • Daily PocketWatch/GENIUS timesheet sync summary: The daily email that confirms PocketWatch timesheet line items have been added to GENIUS invoices has undergone key changes for data transparency. It now includes client information, invoice numbers, products and units. Approved timesheets requiring review will also be flagged in this email. This change is not retroactive, but will apply to all future syncs.
