New Features

29 October 2020

watch the recap video!

  • New permission: A new ‘View all staff’ ARM permission has been added, allowing organisations to manage exactly who can access sensitive staff information.

All staff who currently have the ‘View clients + contacts panels’ permission will automatically have this new permission by default. If a staff member has the ‘View all staff permission’, the system will work like it currently does. If they don’t have this new permission, then the ‘STAFF’ panel in ARM will only display staff that are in at least one of the same teams as them. All staff will be visible in other areas of the system, so that project managers, client links, etc can display as usual.

  • Form template customisation: A new field, ‘Page title’ is now available when the ‘Collection of contact details required’ option is set to ‘Yes’ when editing a form template. This field allows you to change the title of the ‘CONTACT DETAILS’ step on a formSPACE form.

  • New signing tags: Textboxes and Checkboxes can now be added to service agreements at the signing stage. This is done using the new RecipientCheckbox, RecipientTextbox, SenderCheckbox, and SenderTextbox signing tags.

  • myDashboard integration: PocketWatch client logins have now made the move to myDashboard for a seamless user experience! The shift calendar is accessible within the ‘PocketWatch’ expandable and works on both desktop and mobile, allowing clients to view and request shifts wherever they are. Client logins are still sent the same way in PocketWatch > Settings > Send client logins and can also be sent via GENIUS and GOMS.
  • Timesheet page: Line item units can now be edited directly on the timesheets page without needing to edit individual timesheets, making bulk updates quicker and more efficient! General speed and performance optimisations have also been made, and you can now choose to display all timesheets on one page (slower) or across multiple pages (faster).
  • Availability calendar: The availability calendar now has the option to work on either a one or two week rotating schedule. This can be set in PocketWatch > Settings > Availability.
  • Bulk check in/check out: The bulk check in/check out feature is now available in the Program view on the myShift calendar.
  • QTime schedule: Recorded times in QTime schedules will now round up to the next minute if the start/stop button is pressed passed the 30 second mark. Examples:
    • Start/stop is pressed at 11:00:05 AM – time is recorded as 11:00 AM
    • Start/stop is pressed at 11:00:45 AM – time is recorded as 11:01 AM
