  • Bulk upload file update: An ‘ABN of Support Provider’ column has been added to the bulk upload file in GENIUS. This will appear on 25 October 2020, in accordance with new plan-managed payment claim requirements from the NDIA.
  • Create formSPACE forms: formSPACE forms can now be created directly within a PocketWatch shift and automaticaly linked to the relevant client. Simply select the desired formSPACE template from the new drop-down and click the create button.

    NB: To utilise this feature, the ‘Enable formSPACE creation within shifts’ option must be enabled in PocketWatch > Settings > formSPACE. The formSPACE template/s also need to have the ‘Allow module to use template’ option set to ‘Yes’ and the ‘Module option’ set to ‘PocketWatch’.
  • General calendar view updates: A new option has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Global, ‘Display all calendar increments’. When enabled, all time intervals will be labelled on calendars in PocketWatch (e.g. rather than only every hour).
  • Calendar colour updates: For consistency and ease-of-use, the following updates have been made to shift colours:
    • Shift calendar – previous shifts are grey, future shifts are blue and open shifts are red
    • Roster calendar – filled shifts are blue and checked in shifts are green
  • Roster template calendar view updates:
    • Client names now display on shifts in the roster template calendar.
    • An ‘Open print view’ button has been added to the roster template calendar, allowing you to print the page easily.
    • A new option has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Rosters, ‘ Display mandatory attribute/s on the roster template calendar’. When enabled, the list of attributes associated with the shift will be displayed on the shift in the roster template calendar.
  • NetSuite Payroll Report updates: The following changes have been made to the report:
    • ‘Ratio’ will be set to ‘1’ for timesheets with no clients
    • ‘Duration’ no longer includes sleepover hours
    • The report will now generate based on the end date of the shift/timesheet
  • New report: A new report, ‘PocketWatch Template Cost Report’ is now available. This report outlines the daily cost for a staff member and is displayed in a weekly calendar view.
  • Search functionality: A search field has been added to the ‘myTICKETS’ page, allowing you to easily find tickets based on either the subject, contact, or message content.
