  • Invoice panel filters: An ‘All’ option has been added to the ‘Status’ drop-down in the invoice/claim management panels in GENIUS, allowing you to view all invoices and claims without having to navigate through different statuses.
  • New settings: Two new options have been added in GENIUS > Settings > Invoices + claims:
    • Disable invoice reference number when pushing to third party accounting package (e.g. Xero/MYOB)
    • Sync invoice to third party accounting package using client group name instead of contact name

  • Calendar changes: Updates have been made to the calendars in PocketWatch:
    • New week view options have been added to the roster calendar, including ‘Day’, ‘Weekdays’, ‘Fortnight’ + ‘Month’
    • A new ‘Day’ view option has been added to the myShifts calendar
    • Calendars will now start on the same day that the roster does (e.g. if the first day of the roster is a Wednesday, then the calendar will start at Wednesday)
    • A new roster calendar filter option, ‘Staff view’ allows you to split a roster into multiple calendars for each staff member
    • Shift colours have lightened, minimising bright contrasting colours for readability
    • Public holidays now have a light grey background on the roster calendar
  • Shift tags: PocketWatch shifts can now be tagged with custom shift tags for easy reference and filtering! Tags will appear on the shifts in the calendar and can be filtered using the standard calendar filters. To set up tags, navigate to PocketWatch > Settings > Shift tags and create a new tag. Tags can be assigned to individual shifts and to shifts in roster templates via two methods:
    • Using the ‘TAGS’ drag-and-drop panel that appears on the right side of the screen. Expand the panel + drag the tags onto the relevant shift/s.
    • Using the ‘TAGS’ drop-down when editing a shift. Select the tags from the drop-down + save the shift.
