  • Client permissions: ARM client permissions can now be assigned to individual staff members if they don’t have team permissions. To give an individual staff member permissions on a client, navigate to the ‘Client permissions’ page, select and add the staff member from the relevant drop-down, assign the permissions and click ‘Save’.
  • Dashboard panel permissions: New ARM permissions are available, including ‘View history panel’ options, allowing you to hide/show certain ARM panels for staff members.
  • Daily task reminder emails: There are two key updates to the daily task reminder emails:
    • Staff member names are now clickable, allowing you to easily email them straight from the task reminder email.
    • Opportunity contacts phone numbers are now listed next to their names for easy reference.

  • Send signed documents: A new option has been added to formSPACE templates, ‘Email signed documents to signatory on completion’. Enabling this setting will automatically send the signed documents to the signatory as an email attachment.

  • Place invoices on hold: Invoices can now be placed on hold when creating a claim in GENIUS. Simply select an invoice from the ‘Provider invoice’ drop-down and click the ‘Hold invoice’ button. Invoices that are on hold will be highlighted in orange in this drop-down.
  • Multi-clients in myDashboard: A new expandable, ‘Invoices awaiting approval (multi-clients)’ has been added to the ‘myDASHBOARD’ page. This area will list provider invoices for all associated clients.
  • Send signed documents: A new option has been added in GENIUS > Settings > Communication, ‘Email signed documents to signatory on completion?’. Enabling this setting will automatically send the signed documents to the signatory as an email attachment.

  • Report update: The GOMS ‘Client Report’ has had two minor changes:
    • The file name and report title is now ‘Client Report’
    • The GOMS logo is now on the first page

  • Geolocation validation: You will now receive a warning when viewing or editing rosters/roster templates if the geolocation has not been set up correctly.
