  • Invoice panel filters: Invoices in the ‘INVOICE TO NDIA’, ‘INVOICE TO CLIENT/PLAN MANAGER’ and ‘PLAN MANAGED CLAIM TO NDIA’ panels can now be filtered by entities/brands.
  • Filter provider invoices: Filters have now also been introduced to the ‘CREATE CLAIM’ area in the ‘PLAN MANAGED CLAIM TO NDIA’ panel. Clicking the ‘Filter’ button will allow you to narrow down invoices in the ‘Provider invoice’ drop-down based on the account manager.
  • Provider invoice additions: Three new optional fields, ‘Start date’, ‘End date’ and ‘Invoice total’ have been added to the ‘ADD PROVIDER INVOICE DOCUMENT’ area in the ‘MANAGE PROVIDER INVOICES’ panel. This information will be displayed in the ‘PERIOD’ and ‘TOTAL’ columns on the ‘MANAGE PROVIDER INVOICES’ panel in GENIUS and the ‘PROVIDER INVOICES’ panel on the GENIUS client dashboard.
  • Provider invoice notifications: A new setting, ‘Send provider invoice summary email to client/representative on following day’ has been added in GENIUS > Settings > Invoices + claims. If set to ‘Yes’, all new provider invoices will be emailed to the client in one email overnight.
  • Provider mapping: A new standard relationship type, ‘Provider’, has been added to the ARM edit client page. The provider mapping process (ARM Pro > Administration > API settings > GENIUS account links) has been updated so that the provider drop-down will now only be populated with clients that have the ‘Provider’ relationship.
    Clients that have already been mapped as providers in the API settings prior to this update will automatically be marked with the ‘Provider’ relationship.
  • Updates to LanternPay sync: Stated support items are now included in the LanternPay sync.

New filters, fields and settings in GENIUS including updates to provider mapping and the LanternPay sync. Redesigned shift pop-up, invoicing flexibility and QTime updates in PocketWatch.
  • Shift assets:
    • You can now quickly add assets to a shift via the create/edit shift pop-up. The other fields on this pop-up have also been rearranged for clarity and ease of use.
    • A new setting, ‘Display asset name/s in calendar’ has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Rosters. Enabling this option will display the names of asset/s assigned to a shift on the calendar.
  • Sleep disturbance invoicing: A new setting has been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Sleepover shifts that allows you to specify whether sleep disturbances are assigned to an ‘Allowance’ or ‘Cost allocation’ when invoices are created.
  • Cost centre alignments: Two new options have been added to PocketWatch > Settings > Timesheets:
    • Recalculate cost allocation when aligning timesheet hours on the timesheets page
    • Recalculate allowances when aligning timesheet hours on the timesheets page
    Enabling these options will alter the behaviour of the alignment button on the timesheet page.
  • Edit QTime schedules: QTime schedules can now be edited after timesheets and invoices have been generated. Editing a submitted QTime schedule will delete the related timesheets and invoices that have not been approved. The permission, ‘Edit submitted QTime schedules’ will need to be enabled on each staff member.
