  • Hide fields for staff or contacts: Fields can now be set to display only on contacts and/or only on staff. Fields that are not visible on contacts will only show when editing staff members, and fields that are not visible on staff will only show when editing contacts that aren’t staff.
  • Archive standard roles: Standard roles are now archivable on the ‘CUSTOMISE ROLES’ page (ARM Pro > Customisation > Roles).
  • Daily task emails: Projects are now included at the beginning of the ‘MYP Manager Task Update’ email. Hours allocated and hours used are now also displayed alongside tasks for effective task management.

  • Preview event registration emails: eMarketing event registration emails can now be previewed by clicking the ‘View event registration’ button. The eMarketing event can still be previewed by clicking the ‘View event’ button.

  • Additional email notifications: Two new email notification settings have been added to the ‘Publish’ step when creating/editing formSPACE forms:
    • Notify additional staff via email
    • Notify manager/s via email if the form was completed by a staff member

Reports: New reports are now available in GENIUS:

  • GENIUS Budget Usage Report – Accommodation
    Displays client plan details for service bookings with the support category, ‘Assistance with daily life (includes Supported Independent Living)’.
  • GENIUS Budget Usage Report – Community
    Displays client plan details for service bookings with the support category, ‘Assistance with social and community participation’.
  • GENIUS Budget Usage Report – Support Coordination
    Displays client plan details for service bookings with the support category, ‘Support Coordination’.
  • GENIUS Budget Usage Report – Therapy
    Displays client plan details for service bookings with all support categories within ‘Capacity Building’, except for ‘Support Coordination’.

  • Cost centre: The cost centre field in rosters, roster templates and shifts is now a customisable drop-down. To populate the drop-down, navigate to PocketWatch > Settings > Cost centre.
  • Timesheets filters: Timesheets can now be filtered by programs on the ‘POCKETWATCH TIMESHEETS’ page.
  • Split shifts: Split shifts in PocketWatch now support breaks. This will allow you to deduct the break times from the total shift time in the cost allocation process.
