watch the recap video! myHelp Phase 2 The initial release was a success, thanks for all the positive feedback.The following modules have been added to the myHelp library: ARM, BusinessWisdom, Online Results Surveys, School Results Surveys, vBoX and WITY. Project permissions: Project permissions in ARM projects are now in an expandable section. If team permissions have been enabled (ie. ‘Selected teams’ is checked), the expandable section will be collapsed by default. Click the two down arrows to expand it. Create projects: Subscribers with ARM or ARM Pro can now create ARM projects from within a formSPACE form using the new ‘Create project from template’ question type. Staff members will need to have the ‘View clients + contacts panels’ ARM permission enabled to use this feature. New service agreement tags: You can now display the account manager’s phone number/s in service agreements using the new tags: [[AccountManagerPhone]] or/and [[AccountManagerPhone2]].Reports:GENIUS Client Finance Report – ‘Support co-ordinator’ and ‘Plan manager’ columns have been added.GENIUS Plan Utilisation Report – A new report has been added that provides visual insight into a client’s utilisation of their plan.Invoice pre-population: The ‘COST CENTRE’ field now automatically pre-populates with data based on the client that is assigned to the invoice. Roster managers: The ‘ROSTER MANAGER’ field on the ‘EDIT OR CREATE’ roster page is now searchable and allows for both individuals and teams to be assigned as roster managers. Programs calendar: The ‘Programs’ calendar on the ‘ROSTER CALENDAR’ page is now colour coded like the ‘Rosters’ calendar, allowing you to identify shifts at a glance. Report pre-population: All date fields on the ‘REPORTS’ page are now pre-populated based on your organisation’s pay period. Pay periods can be adjusted in PocketWatch > Settings > Pay periods.New report coming soon: A new QTime Report will be available on 30 June 2020.
