UPDATED Staff leave balance export – You can now include all staff members of your organisation irrespective of their leave profile setting in ARM. The option to include staff without a leave profile is set to “No” by default. When the “staff leave balances” is selected in the “Form type” dropdown, the new radio button will appear.

Please Note: You will still need to have a leave profile for a staff member set up while importing the file using the import data functionality.


NEW ‘Document Type’ option available – When you add a document to a clients file through their “Client Engagement” page you now have the option to save the document as a “Consent” type. This is a good way to mark and store documents that include consent but do not belong to a service agreement category.


Leave approval by an ‘Assistant’ – When a staff member is signed into MYP as an ‘Assistant’ for the purposes of approving leave, the ‘Note to executive manager’ field will now specify both the assistant’s name and the staff member the assistant is logged in as.


UPDATED ‘Bulk Shift’ approval email – The ‘Bulk Shift’ approval email now includes day, date and time of each shift along with the name of the roster of all approved timesheets.


UPDATED Award rules – We have updated how you may apply award rules to broken shifts by introducing a new time parameter to the ‘start time’ rule condition. This parameter helps in recalculating cost of the merged shifts when the next shift is within the range of the time period set in the award rule.

The new features video for this release (available on myHelp page + myCommunity Facebook Group) will have further details on how to adjust existing rules with this new condition in order to avoid incorrect penalty rates applying in specific circumstances – such as merged shifts over a Friday and Saturday.
