History log page for key leave actions: Do you want to enjoy better visibility and tracking of actions taken on leave applications?

Our brand-new history page in 94Six (HR) records key actions on a leave application from submission to approval and editing. This new page can be easily accessed via the side-menu(better word) > 94Six > History. Access to this new history page is controlled via the new ‘View History’ permission under 94Six (HR) permission. To learn more or have this feature turned on in your subscription, please raise a user support ticket with our friendly support team.


Updated claims rejected error message in GENIUS (Funding): For clearer communication we have updated the claim rejection error messages in GENIUS (Funding), for correctly identifying the source of the message as the NDIS.

For Plan Managers

Ability to personalise filename of provider invoice/s: Customise filename of your provider invoices while editing pre-claims effortlessly by enabling the ‘Edit invoice document name’ toggle in ‘Plan Managed Claim to NDIA’ tab. This change also updates the respective filename in myDocs.  (for all OCR or only BULK OCR)

Customise email template sent to Plan Manager and/or participants: Are you looking to save time and personalise email templates for emails sent to Plan Managers and your Participants?

Exciting news! With our latest update, you have the power to customise email templates sent to Plan Managers or participants/representatives. Simply click the Edit icon on the email template of your choice, and a text box will appear, allowing you to customise the content. These two new templates are located under the ‘Invoice emails’ accordion in GENIUS Settings > Communication > Invoice emails panel. Improved validation for importing projects tasks in Arm (CRM): We’ve resolved the display issue in ARM (CRM) related to Project Tasks, ensuring an improved viewing experience.


[Improved] Optimised Incident Management Reports: We’ve made some improvements to the Incident Management System resulting in significantly faster loading times when searching and filtering Reports.
