  • NEW automation of data input between the GENIUS ‘Client engagement’ page and the ARM ‘Links’ and ‘Contacts’ panels: Several changes have been made to eliminate entering duplicate information across ARM and GENIUS including:
    • You now have the option of adding two new relationships to client in the ‘Representative information’ panel; ‘Representative is’ and ‘Representative for’. When the new relationship ‘Representative is’ is selected the ARM contact panel will automatically update adding a new contact and/or label the contact as the ‘(nominated rep)’ of the client.
    • All relationships entered in the ‘Representative’ panel in the GENIUS ‘Client engagement’ page will now automatically trigger a link to be added to the ARM ‘Links’ panel.
  • UPDATED ‘Client engagement’ history panel now includes notes functionality: You are now able to add custom notes to the GENIUS ‘Client engagement’ page history panel. Notes can be easily added using the plus icon inside the ‘Client engagement history’ panel.
  • UPDATED check in/ check out button size for mobile devices: The size of the ‘Check in’/’Check out’ button has been updated to be larger on smaller devices in an effort to be more inclusive of employees with motor skill impairments.
  • QR code check-in/check-out validation: The QR code check-in process has been updated to include validation when a QR code is scanned twice within a short period of time. Now check-out during this short time period will prompt the question ‘Do you want to check out?’ allowing you to choose to either ‘Confirm’ or ‘Cancel’ check out.
  • UPDATE training panel:The recently released ‘Active training’ page has been updated to include a ‘save+close’ button and a new design for the ‘view staff’ button.
  • UPDATED Goals + objectives outcomes: The ‘Goals + objectives outcomes’ panel in GOMS sessions has been updated so that goals now include the description of the goal listed in the ‘Edit client information’ page and the measurement of an objective when an objective is added to a goal.
