New Staff Permission Report

We’re excited to announce that you can now download a report that details all staff and their assigned permissions. Simply go to ARM > Export Data > Select ‘Staff’ > Select Staff Permissions. This will allow you to easily review all assigned permissions across your entire organisation in the one report, including active and archived staff for auditing purposes.

Please note: For security reasons this report is only accessible to staff with the Import/Export Data permission in ARM.

Block deletion of invoices/claims post submission to HICAPS

We have recently implemented an important update to GENIUS (funding) claims. This update blocks users from deleting an invoice/claim once it has been submitted to HICAPS without the”Delete processed invoices/claims” permission.

New Account and Logout Button on Participant Dashboard

We are committed to providing the best user experience for your participants and their representatives. In line with this, we have improved the current participant dashboard to make the account and logout links more visible. This is one of the first steps in re-imagining participant dashboards to improve the overall usability.

Relocation of icons on GENIUS (Funding) panel

We are making some significant improvements to the user interface of GENIUS Engagements to provide more space for the things that matter. Your list of client engagements is now expanded to display all the information and buttons you need.

This update was made in preparation for our upcoming release of the PACE solution.

XERO/MYOB integration now more reliable

We are pleased to announce that we have successfully resolved an issue related to the rare occurrence of double syncing of invoices into your finance system.

List of clients in GENIUS (Funding) displays in alphabetical order again

After hearing your concerns, we have re-established the list of clients in GENIUS (Funding) displaying in alphabetical order.

HICAPS Onboarding Status Icon can now be trusted

Previously, there was a discrepancy between the HICAPS onboarding status and the colour of the displayed HICAPS icon, which could cause confusion for users. With this fix the issue has been addressed and the HICAPS icon now accurately reflects the correct colour status on the client engagement panel.

Readability improved on generated invoices

We have improved our system generated invoices to display column headers on each page. This enhancement simplifies your invoice processing and ensures accurate data presentation across all pages of the MYP claim.

Easily identify and categorise files uploaded via a form

When setting up a Form to include a document upload, you can now use the ‘Document Name’ field to rename the uploaded file to a standardised name in the document library. This includes the use of tags to insert the uploading user’s name, the upload date and the original file name, as well as specifically titling the document in a certain way for your organisation.

Appointments

Removing line items from Schedules of Support now trigger warnings in linked Base Schedules and Appointments

Appointments and Base Schedules are linked to a participant’s schedule of support. If you remove a line item from a participant’s schedule of support, the appointments and base schedules containing that line item will now show a warning requiring you to reconcile the updates.

Simply go into the participant’s base schedule, follow the prompts and then update the base schedule to the correct line item.

New Draft Status for Appointments

Appointments that are lacking participants are now shown in a Draft status to ensure you have visibility over those appointments that cannot be conducted. Once a participant is added, the appointment will show in an Open status until a staff member is assigned, then you’re good to go!
