  • Email ‘from’ address: Brand, style + shortcuts: A new feature has been added to ARM customization, Brand + style settings that allows you to choose between using the ‘default MYP address (admin@mypcorp.com) or entering a custom email + domain type in the ‘email ‘from’ address’ panel.

 

  • Settings: A new setting has been added to the ‘Invoices + claims’ section of GENIUS settings. You can now choose to set the due date of an invoice calculated from either the ‘End date of invoice’ or the ‘current date’. We have also updated the wording of some of the existing settings related to the new setting.
  • GENIUS Invoice options: The ability to invoice multiple providers, subcontractors + brokering services per client is now available in GENIUS. If you wish to find out more about the new feature please refer to the new feature video in the myHelp section.
  • PocketWatch shift report: The PocketWatch shift report has been updated to include two new columns containing the asset name/s attached to the shift and the contact phone number/s for the client/s attached to the shift.
  • Add new template shift popup: The ‘Add new template shift’ pop-up has been updated to include the ability to add clients from ARM. Once a client is selected the client NDIS items in roster template can be edited by clicking the edit button in the top right-hand corner.
  • PocketWatch shift replacement: The ‘leave application’ manager approval page has been updated to include the mandatory field of ‘PocketWatch shift replacement’ that is linked to PocketWatch. Once a staff members leave is approved a myNotification will be sent out to all roster managers and all shifts associated with the staff member will be updated depending on the ‘PocketWatch shift replacement’ action chosen.
  • PocketWatch shift replacement
    • Replacement required: When 94Six leave is approved, shifts with that staff added will be voided and will create an ‘open position’ in PocketWatch for those shifts.
  • PocketWatch shift replacement
    • Do not replace + cancel shift: Shifts with that staff will be cancelled and no ‘open positions’ will be created.
