Clickability has now been activated for Plan Managers vastly improving your participants’ ability to connect with over 3,000 service providers via their dashboard.
NEW Onboard participants with ease – Mistakes are how we humans evolve, but that shouldn’t stop us from retrying onboarding due to incorrect participant information. After reviewing your notifications, retry onboarding participants immediately once errors have been rectified as part of our improved integration with HICAPS (LanternPay).

NEW Get notified of recurring invoice – To prevent accidental creation of duplicate recurring invoices, the ability to change the recurrence fields can now only occur in the most recent invoice. Essentially, you cannot recur a past invoice that has already been recurred. If you see this new alert, best process is to utilise our updated recurring invoices filter see below to view what active recurring invoices exist.
NEW Effortlessly find and cancel your recurring invoices – Recurring invoices to the NDIA, the client, others, and the plan manager can now be accessed via our new filter option. Get more visibility of your recurring invoices, as well as the control to cancel active recurring invoices via our new “Cancel recurrence” button.
