UPDATED Enhance security measures around 2FA settings- Once your staff member has set up multi-factor authentication, a new ARM setting prevents them from being able to deactivate it. Upcoming releases will include additional features and controls for administrators to disable/reset 2FA for a staff member, as well as improved visibility on which staff members have not yet enabled 2FA.
NEW Save time in leave approval process – Ensuring that leave is costed correctly just got easier for your team! You can now make selecting the appropriate Cost Centre mandatory for your staff as they submit their leave requests in order to assist you to more accurately report on Leave Liability and Cost Centres across your business. This will save you time in the leave approval process and ensure that your records are more accurate.
UPDATED Extended control over information you share – The privacy of your client data is paramount. We now help you maintain your privacy obligations by hiding sensitive or irrelevant information. This new setting ensures that only the relevant and necessary information is shared to specific task members of a project by excluding the project task link from the notification email. Please note that this setting is off by default.
NEW No more issues when generating PocketWatch reports that are too large – Our reporting system has been updated and now allows us to generate Microsoft Excel reports in the latest format. PocketWatch users can now benefit from this as all Excel reports have been upgraded (see below). The newer format no longer has limitations on the number of lines in a report.

To make things flow more smoothly we have moved the drop-down arrows for your side navigation menu to the left-hand side of the option. The sub-menus have also been sorted alphabetically.
