  • Staff permission templates: You can now bulk apply an existing staff permission template to staff members by expanding the ‘Apply template to existing staff’ section when editing a permission template. NB: Applying a template to staff members overwrites their existing staff permissions.

  • IMS master templates: There is now the ability to archive ‘IMS master templates’ in formSPACE.

  • NDIA preliminary report: Need to reconcile your payments but don’t have a remittance advice from the NDIS? There is now the option to generate a ‘NDIA Preliminary Report’ to reconcile your invoices using the preliminary remittance advice. This option can be turned on in settings.
  • NDIA budget report renamed:  The NDIS budget report has had a name change. It is now named ‘Client budget report’.
  • Customised support categories: This feature is now available for providers who have non NDIS supports and plans in place for their participants. Theses support categories can be added to a participant’s schedule of support through the Genius engagement panel. (Available Friday 3 September)

  • Shift notification SMS: There is now the ability to reduce the length of the shift notification SMS by being able to remove the ‘Position Title’ and/or the ‘Roster Address’. This may result in a reduction in costs for your Shift Notification SMS’s.

  • Permission to edit notes: There are now two new permissions in GOMS. The first allows selected staff to edit existing notes for participants. This will create an audit trail. The second permission allows selected staff to view the audit trail that editing notes creates.
  • Client report: The ‘Client Report’ will now include the option to generate with or without an ‘Audit Trail’.
