  • myRollout: myRollout is here! myRollout is designed to get you up and running quickly with workflow checklists, comprehensive videos, in-depth breakdowns of your rollout phases and many additional resources to help you with your implementation. To access, navigate to myHelp and select ‘myROLLOUT’ in the header menu.
  • Lodge a ticket: We have added new questions to System Faults and System Suggestions so that we can better understand how to respond to your needs.

  • NDIA claimed + gap invoices: To avoid any misinterpretation, we have changed the name of the ‘Reconcile selected’ button to read ‘Write off invoice gap’. This name change better represents the function of this option.
  • Reports: The ‘Staff performance report’ has been modified to give you the option to include archived staff. This enables you to measure historical performance data across your organisation.

  • Roster templates filter: There is now the ability to archivA series of filters have been added to ‘Roster Templates’ that enable you to filter across all Roster Templates. For example: you can now filter by staff member across all templates to discover what templates they are associated with and on what days they are allocated shifts.
  • Shift pop-up:  A variety of new options have been added to the ‘Edit shift’ pop-up.
    • You can now add additional clients to a shift and delete a shift without having to navigate to the deep edit page.
    • You can now navigate from the ‘Edit shift’ pop-up directly to the clients NDIS support items.
  • Archived rosters: You can now view Archived rosters on the ‘Roster’ page. This feature is activated when the ‘Archived roster’ button is selected.
  • Shift colour codes: Colour coding is now more consistent across myShift and Roster pages. Checked in shifts will now remain green after being checked out.

  • Reports: The ‘Person Details’ report has been adjusted to clearly identify the suburb field.
