The ‘What’s Important To You?’ (WITY) module provides a framework for investigation into what is important to the individuals who own or manage an organisation. WITY establishes a critical link between personal, business, succession and other priorities of organisation owners or managers going forward.
NB: WITY can also be used with individuals or couples who are not organisation owners/managers. If there is no organisation, the sections in the survey on ‘Business’ and ‘Succession’ will automatically be eliminated from the survey.
WITY is a vital tool in establishing the gap between what is important to people and their achievements to date. In addition, WITY is also a network/centre of influence (COI) tool that enables subscribers to identify issues/priorities for clients that need the support of other professionals. Unlike anything else on the market, WITY provides the infrastructure to support a total advice relationship between a team of like-minded advisers to organisations whose focus is on proactively adding value to clients.
