    A myDocs integration allows subscribers to provide their clients the ability to add documents.

    Set document visibility

    • Select the document
    Internal staff only
    Internal + client organisation
    Internal + public organisation

    Change document visibility

    • Select the document
    • Change the ‘Organisation visibility’ radio button
    • Select the appropriate level

    NB: This option is only available for subscribers who have a vBoX subscription/myDocs integration
