The SRS has a variety of public marketing template options.  Templates include links to the MYP website tours, ‘Express interest’ and ‘Subscription’ pages.  The tours provide prospects with an overview of the survey options, process, components, reports and fees. This enables clients to have an appropriate understanding of the SRS prior to the survey being conducted within their school or child care centre.  The ‘Expression of interest’ and ‘Subscription’ pages enable prospects to formally lodge their interest or subscription requests.

    Send template email

To create and send a template email:

    • Select ‘Send template email’
    • Select or create a client
    • Select or create a client contact
    • Select ‘Next’
    • Select the communication category (SRS Standard, SRS Customised, SRS Child Care)
    • Select the required email template
    • Select the survey types to include in the tour:
    • SRS – Child Care, SRS – Parent, SRS – Staff, SRS – Student, SRS – Student Exit (Parent), SRS Exit (Student)

    • Adjust plain text version layout as required
    • Select ‘Email to self’ or ‘Email to client’
    • Select ‘Finish’

NB: Created tours can be accessed by prospects once.  This encourages direct discussions with the EP to access further information and reduces the likelihood of printing tour contents and breaching copyright.

MYP has the capacity for Education Partners to create their own custom tour marketing email templates and distribute in bulk. This functionality is available in the eMarketing module.

    Track tours

The SRS provides Education Partners with the ability to track their survey tours including dates sent and emails accessed. In addition, the SRS triggers an automated email notification to the EP when a client has accessed a tour. This serves as a reminder to the Education Partner to follow-up with the client and potentially confirm an actual survey date.

The tracking process is as follows:

    • Select ‘Track tours’
    • Select ‘Tour type’
    • ‘Type organisation name’
    • Select ‘Tours sent after date’
    • Select ‘Tour status’ (All tours, Accessed tours only, Not accessed tours only, Archived tours only)
    • Select ‘Sort by’ (Name, Emailed, Accessed)
    • View relevant tour status
    • Action options – ‘Resend’ or ‘Archive’
    • Select ‘Finish’
