The School Results Surveys (SRS) suite provides school and child care centre leadership/management teams with information to assist marketing and self-evaluation. Annual feedback from parent, students and staff is important in ensuring ‘educator, employer and provider of choice’ status.
The SRS provides a range of efficient, cost effective online engagement surveys for independent private, independent public and catholic schools. All surveys are user friendly, encourage high response rates and provide respondent confidentiality.
Reporting options are broad and enable the tracking of progress from year to year. In addition, aggregated benchmarking data from other participating schools or centres is also available.

NB: Student Exit includes both General Exit (for transactional use throughout the school year when individuals exit the school) and Final Year Exit (for use at the end of the school year when a group of students exit the school at the completion of their final year) for the designated respondent group.
Customised surveys
- SRS – Customised single school e.g. School Formal, Bullying
- SRS – Customised school group e.g. Diocese
Content: can be fully customised in eSystems or using the SRS format to suit individual requirements.
Reports: school groups who opt for the SRS format, can be provided with a Report Administrator login. This enables the Diocese to directly access and download SRS school reports for each of the schools in their group. (This excludes the Inter-school Reports which are provided by MYP Corporation.) In addition, school groups using the SRS format, can opt to enable schools to immediately access their own reports or delay access for a period of 7 days.
NB: Customised surveys require a formal MYP quote which will include a development fee. Please lodge this request via the Support centre.
