    94six offers customisable, easy to use organisation charts for inclusion in relevant HR documents (e.g. position descriptions). To create or edit organisation charts, navigate to ‘Organisation Chart’ from the 94six dashboard.

    Create organisation chart

    To create a new organisation chart:

    • Select the ‘Create’ button
    • Edit title to update the title
    • Select whether to display or not display profile images in the organisation chart
    • To add staff members to the organisation chart, select the staff member from the drop-down menu + select ‘Add’
    • Drag + drop the staff member to the relevant position on the organisation chart
    • Repeat as required
    • To add a position to the organisation chart, select from the drop-down menu + click ‘Add’
    • To add another organisation chart, select from the drop-down menu + click ‘Add’
    • To add a linked row of staff members, select each staff member from the drop-down menu + select ‘Add’ to add to the row, then select ‘Add to chart’.
    • Select ‘Save’

    Edit organisation chart

    To edit an organisation chart:

    • Identify the relevant organisation chart + select ‘Edit’
    • Edit as required + select ‘Save’

    Download organisation chart

    To download an organisation chart:

    • Identify the relevant organisation chart + select ‘Edit’
    • Select ‘Download chart’
