    NB: this area is only available for websites with client document portal integration via MYP’s myDocs module. To add this integration to your website, simply submit a vBoX quote with the relevant option selected.

    Subscriber clients can access the client document portal through the ‘Client Login’ button on the website navigation menu. This page will request users to enter their email and password.

    Managing myDocs permissions

    The Subscriber organisation must perform the following process to ensure permissions are set to successfully log into the portal:

    • Log in to your organisation’s MYP account
    • Choose your own organisation via the search bar enter the ‘Permissions’ tab
    • Set the ‘Login status’ to ‘Able to log into myDocs’

    This will allow you to log into this portal with your current MYP login details.

    The Subscriber organisation must also provide log in details to clients in order for them to access the integration. This is done using the following process:

    • Log into your organisation’s MYP account
    • Select the client organisation you wish to provide portal permissions to and click the ‘Permissions’ tab
    • Set the ‘Login status’ to ‘Able to log into myDocs’
    • Select the relevant ‘Contacts’ and click the ‘Send login details’ button beside the chosen staff member. This will distribute the login details in an email.

    When the Subscriber uploads a document, visibility can be set in order to restrict or extend visibility. Visibility options include:

    • Internal staff only
    • Internal + client organisation
    • Internal + public organisation

    How the portal will appear for Subscribers:

    • Documents set to ‘Internal staff only’, ‘Internal + client organisation’ and ‘Internal + public organisation’ will be visible to the Subscriber
    • Subscribers will have the ability to upload documents by clicking the ‘Upload document’ button.
    • Subscribers will have the ability to check in/out documents under all visibility settings.
    • Subscribers will be able to view document reference numbers, document names, organisation which uploaded the document, creators, date upload, status (in or out) and can choose an ‘action’ for the document.

    How the page will appear for clients:

    • Only documents set to ‘Internal + client organisation’ will be visible to these users
    • Clients will have the ability to upload documents by clicking the ‘Upload document’ button.

    Clients will have the ability to check in/out documents visible to them.
