Administer organisation NDIS registration number

Add or edit your organisation’s NDIS registration number via ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts via the side navigation menu (three lines in the top right).

Administer API settings (accounting software)

GENIUS invoicing links to MYOB AR and Xero cloud-based software via API settings within ARM > Administration > API Settings.

• Select ‘Inventory items’
• Select your accounting software from the drop-down menu

• Search and select the inventory items from the accounting package in the right-hand fields by typing the product codes into the text field and selecting the option that populates

Add client/s to API

• Select ‘GENIUS account links’
• Select the entity type from the drop-down menu
• Select your accounting software from the drop-down menu
• Select the corresponding client’s account name

• Select ‘Save’
• Invoices to NDIA + line items will integrate to your accounting software and pull through settings such as client, due date etc.

NB: The options to push P&L and balance sheet data are only available for subscribers to the myYardstick benchmarking module.
