    Generate signature report

    • Select formSPACE > Reports
    • Select ‘Signature Report’ from the drop-down menu
    • Enter the form recipient
    • Select the form sender
    • Enter the start date and end date
    • Select ‘Generate’

    This report generates an Excel report with the following columns:

    • Form
    • Creation date
    • Form sender
    • Form recipient
    • Completion date
    • Signatory
    • Signed date
