    • Select ‘What’s important to you?’   
    • Select ‘Generate reports’
    • Select client from the client list
    • Select ‘Reports’
    • Select ‘Generate Priorities Report (PR)’
    • Select a report style (default style is Contemporary)
    • Select a format by clicking on the XL or PDF icon
    • Select ‘Export’

    NB: Do not click ‘Finish’ until the document has downloaded.

    Update priorities report

    To update the Priorities Report (e.g. when a deferred item has been activated or an action has been completed) login and complete actions as outlined in ‘Conduct client meeting‘ and regenerate the Priorities Report.

    NB: Save the report using a different file name e.g. WITY Priorities Report – John Smith – September 2020. This will enable progress to be tracked across two or more reporting periods.

    Action referral follow-up reminder

    A reminder notification will be sent to service providers when actions have not been completed by their action date.

    Email text is as follows:

    Just a reminder to follow up on one of your referrals, if necessary.

    On <Date>, you conducted a ‘What’s important to you?’ survey with your client, <Client name> <Client email>.

    From the survey report, it was apparent that <client name> required assistance by < action date> with the following:

    • <Main issue>

    To help with this, you referred <Client name> to <Adviser name> < Adviser email> from <adviser organisation name>. The following actions have not been completed:

    • <Agreed action>

    Adviser name> has also received a reminder notification and has been requested to contact you on completion of the action. The contact phone number for <Adviser name> is <Adviser phone number>
