    Reports can be efficiently generated once opportunities have been identified and created within MYP. Five key reports are available.

    To generate opportunity reports:

    • Select ‘Reports’  
    • Select the relevant report:
      • Opportunity Pipeline Report – captures all opportunities within MYP including clients, revenue, staff activity + stage of each opportunity. Note: MYP view + Excel export capture the last three History items of the opportunity. This is not captured in PDF export.
      • Sales Report – uses the expected date field (rather than the follow-up date) to define the period
      • Opportunity Probability Report – recalculates the Opportunity Pipeline Report by the probability percentage applied to the opportunity
      • Opportunity Win/Loss Report – identifies opportunities that have been won, lost or deferred + captures reasons why
      • Projection + Cash Flow Report – provides the ability to add a set number of days to the expected sales date (to allow for gap between sale + payment).
      • Opportunity Follow-up Report – enables easy identification of opportunities requiring follow-up action

    The Opportunity Pipeline Report can be generated by referrer. To generate by referrer:

    • Select ‘Referral’ from the ‘Source’ drop-down menu
    • Enter the referrer name or client into the relevant text box
    • Select ‘View’
