    Customise brand

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Enter NDIS registration number + business number if relevant  

    Rebrand WITY (ARM Pro)

    ARM Pro has the ability to rebrand WITY by calling it a different name (e.g. Personal + Business Health Check).

    This name will appear on WITY reports.

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select ‘Browse’ to locate the file to be uploaded
    • Select ‘Save’ to save + exit this page

    Customise logos

    To customise the application header logo which appears in the header across the MYP application:

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select ‘Browse’ to locate the file to be uploaded

    NB: For best results we recommend a maximum image size of 175 pixels wide by 70 pixels high supplied as a transparent .jpg, .png or .gif (.png/.gif is preferred).

    • Select ‘Save’ to save + exit this page

    To customise the application email signature + reports logo:

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select ‘Browse’ to locate the file to be uploaded

    NB: For best results we recommend a maximum image size of 450 pixels wide by 150 pixels high supplied as a transparent .jpg, .png or .gif (.jpg is preferred).

    • Select ‘Save’ to save + exit this page

    Reports with cover pages in modules will display the customised logo but reports without a cover page have no place to display a customised logo. ARM reports do not contain cover pages.

    Customise application header colour

    To customise the application header style which appears in the header across the MYP application:

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select in the ‘Background colour’ field box 
    • Select colour of choice
    • Select ‘Save’ to save + exit this page

    Update remittance details

    • Enter remittance details for invoices

    Customise multiple brands

    ARM Pro has the ability to customise up to 10 brands. To create additional brands:

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select ‘Create’ + enter the name of the brand
    • Select ‘Next’
    • Select ‘Edit brand’ if you want to upload your logo (otherwise the standard MYP logo will display)
    • Follow the same steps as above
    • To add a different eMarketing ‘From’ email address for the new brand, select the ‘Edit’ button

    NB: If multiple brands are created, the appropriate options will be available at login e.g. login as Brand 1 or Brand 2.

    Create shortcut

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Scroll down to ‘Shortcuts’
    • Enter the shortcut URL
    • Select ‘Add’
    • To add a shortcut logo Select ‘Browse’ to locate the file to be uploaded
    • Repeat as required
    • Select ‘Save’ to save + exit this page

    NB: A shortcut will not be displayed unless a logo is uploaded.

    NB: Shortcuts will open in a new window or tab.

    Administer shortcuts

    Custom items can be edited or archived by selecting the relevant button.

    Change shortcuts order

    To change the order of your shortcuts simply drag and drop into place.

    NB: Changing the order of shortcut logos will also re-order the side navigation bar.

    Customise classic style

    To customise the classic style pages within your MYP subscription:

    • Select ARM > Customisation > Brand, style + shortcuts from the side navigation menu
    • Select ‘Customise classic style’
    • Click in the relevant boxes to select your background colours, font + size
    • Select ‘Save’ when finished

    NB: The ‘Background image’ colour selected above will also flow through to system reports. Selecting refresh will revert to the standard settings.
