NB: this area is only available for websites with contact form integration via MYP’s ARM Pro module. To add this integration to your website, simply submit a vBoX quote with the relevant option selected.
Your website ‘Contact us’ page contains a basic form for users to provide their personal information and details of their request.
This contact form is connected to your ARM Pro account and on submitting the form:
- A new contact is set up in ARM Pro (if that contact does not already exist in ARM Pro) using the entered details
- An ‘Opportunity’ is created in ARM Pro (named ‘Website contact’) and linked to that contact
- Relevant notes on the enquiry source and any comments entered by the user are automatically added to the opportunity and contact history
