Recruitment campaign panel
From the recruitment campaign panel a recruitment campaign can be:
- Added
- Edited
- Viewed
- Added an application
- Emailed
- Copied
- Archived
Once the position descriptions have been created, the recruitment process for these positions can commence. Creating a campaign creates a unique URL for use on social media and websites or via email campaigns. Candidates can apply directly through the unique URL.
Create recruitment campaign
To create a recruitment campaign:
- Select ‘Create’
- Select ‘Creation date’
- Select ‘Recruitment campaign approved by’
- Enter ‘Approval date’
- Select ‘Hiring manager’
- Enter ‘Number of positions’
- Select ‘Part of primary organisation’
- Select ‘Position title’
- Enter ‘Remuneration range’
- Enter ‘Benefits’
- Attach recruitment checklist
- Attach advertisement document
- Enter ‘Advertisement URL’
- Select ‘Anticipated start date’
- Select ‘Status’
- Select ‘Successful candidate’
- Enter ‘Application page URL’
- Select ‘Save’ or ‘Save + close’
Administer recruitment applications
Recruitment application panel
From the recruitment application panel the following status filters can be applied:
- All
- Evaluation pending
- Not appointed
- Never appoint
- No position available
- Suitable
- Appointed
Add recruitment application
Application can be added to the panel by:
- Selecting ‘Add’ via the recruitment panel; or
- Clicking the unique URL
To manage an application:
- Select ‘Edit’
- Enter the application status + application notes
- Enter reference check
- Checked by
- Date
- Comments
- File attachments
- Select ‘Save’ or ‘Save + close’
