    Recruitment campaign panel

    From the recruitment campaign panel a recruitment campaign can be:

    • Added
    • Edited
    • Viewed
    • Added an application
    • Emailed
    • Copied
    • Archived

    Once the position descriptions have been created, the recruitment process for these positions can commence. Creating a campaign creates a unique URL for use on social media and websites or via email campaigns. Candidates can apply directly through the unique URL.

    Create recruitment campaign

    To create a recruitment campaign:

    • Select ‘Create’
    • Select ‘Creation date’
    • Select ‘Recruitment campaign approved by’
    • Enter ‘Approval date’
    • Select ‘Hiring manager’
    • Enter ‘Number of positions’
    • Select ‘Part of primary organisation’
    • Select ‘Position title’
    • Enter ‘Remuneration range’
    • Enter ‘Benefits’
    • Attach recruitment checklist
    • Attach advertisement document
    • Enter ‘Advertisement URL’
    • Select ‘Anticipated start date’
    • Select ‘Status’
      • Not started
      • In Progress
      • Completed
    • Select ‘Successful candidate’
    • Enter ‘Application page URL’
    • Select ‘Save’ or ‘Save + close’

    Administer recruitment applications

    Recruitment application panel

    From the recruitment application panel the following status filters can be applied:

    • All
    • Evaluation pending
    • Not appointed
    • Never appoint
    • No position available
    • Suitable
    • Appointed

    Add recruitment application

    Application can be added to the panel by:

    • Selecting ‘Add’ via the recruitment panel; or
    • Clicking the unique URL

    To manage an application:

    • Select ‘Edit’
    • Enter the application status + application notes
    • Enter reference check
      • Referees
      • Organisation
      • Phone number
      • Email
    • Checked by
    • Date
    • Comments
    • File attachments
    • Select ‘Save’ or ‘Save + close’
